PRAYER REQUEST FROM SIS. BERNADETTE

God Bless you all for all the prayers that you are offering for my family and for myself.

We in turn offer our sufferings for all those who asked for our prayers and for all of whom I have promised to pray for.

We are in need of special prayers for April 19th. Right after my son Kevin's death we found out that my husband Kenny may have cancer of the jaw bone. We will be going to Boston VA Hospital on the 19th for a bone biopsy.

Also our daughter Kerrie, 33 years old will be having surgery on the 29th due to pre cancer cells on her Cervix.

Please continue to pray for us. I have also lost my little job of caring for a lady (for almost 15 years). She passed away on the 20th and I happen to be the one to see her dead on her parlor rug.

This Lent has been a tough one, but I KNOW that the LORD LOVES us and I continue to Thank HIM in all circumstances.

I also keep you and all your intentions in my daily prayers.

"Prayer Request for a Special Sister in Christ"

 

Dear brother sisters in Christ, A very special friend of mine is married to a man who is very cruel to her with words and actions. According to my friend, He does things on purpose to upset her and his words are cruel to her. She serves the Lord in ministry and the more she serves the Lord, the more cruel he becomes. After he does these things and says these things to her, he turns around and says she said it or did it. It has now become unbearable to my friend, as he keeps her in a state of bad nerves and a sick stomach. He talks to himself constantly, when he thinks no one is listening. It is not prayer because of the negative words being used and she has heard him cursing herself and others and waving his hands around violently. (It is as the spirit of witchcraft with its cursings). My friend who I love very much has now become afraid of him and has no where to turn but for others to pray for him to become convicted; and that the Spirit of Repentance comes into his heart, mind, soul and body. She is asking for prayers for him to have dreams about what he has done to her so his eyes will be opened. We need to bind this thing, that has taken over his mind, so that it can no longer take control of this man until deliverance can come. Amen? She wants prayer that he will see his own soul's condition and seek help and that pride is bound! A serious mental healing is very needed for this man. (I don't think, my friend deserve this kind of treatment.) May he be disciplined by our Living God in such a way that it brings him to repentance; that he is filled with the Holy Ghost and true Love of God as well as a mental healing for him in Jesus' name." I love you, my dear sister and am expecting a much needed miracle to flow through this man in Jesus' name! I know that this type comes out by nothing but prayer and fasting. MY PRAYER REQUESTS

 

Dear Lord, I thank You for this day, I thank You for our being able to see and to hear this morning.

We are blessed because You are a forgiving God and an understanding God. You have done so much for us and You keep on blessing us.

Forgive us this day for everything we have done, said or thought that was not pleasing to you. We ask now for Your forgiveness.

Please keep us safe from all danger and harm. Help us to start this day with a new attitude and plenty of gratitude. Let us make the best of each and every day to clear our minds so that we can hear from You.

Please broaden our minds that we can accept all things. Let us not whine and whimper over things we have no control over. And give us the best response when we are pushed beyond our limits.
 
We know that when we can't pray, You listen to our hearts. Continue to use us to do Your will. Continue to bless us that we may be a blessing to others. Keep us strong that we may help the weak... Keep us uplifted that we may have words of encouragement for others. we pray for those that are lost and can't find their  way. we pray for those that are misjudged and misunderstood. We pray for those who don't know You intimately. We pray for those who don't believe You.
 
But we thank you that we believe that God changes people and God changes things......

I pray for our parents children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, brothers, relatives, friends and our spiritual families. For each and every family member in their households.
We pray for peace, love and joy in their homes that they are out of debt and all their needs are met. We pray that every eye that reads this knows there is no problem, circumstance, or situation greater than God. Every battle is in Your hands for You to fight. We pray that these words be received into the hearts of every eye that sees it in Jesus mighty name.  Amen!

God we love you and we need you, come into our hearts. Amen!

LORD JESUS, YOU SO OFTEN HEALED ALL THOSE WHO WERE BROUGHT BEFORE YOU. TODAY, WE BRING BEFORE YOU OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS AND ALL THOSE WE HOLD DEAR WHO ARE IN NEED OF YOUR SAVING WORD AND YOUR HEALING TOUCH. PLEASE DEAL WITH THEM GENTLY AND RESTORE THEM, IF YOU WILL, TO FULL HEALTH OF MIND AND BODY. AMEN!

Prayer of the Sick

Dear God, our merciful Father, we place ourselves under the protection of your Holy Will. Do what is best for us: touch us with Your caring hands that we may be healed; Speak to us Your consoling words that we may be strong; assist us in our pain that we may accept it with faith; cure us from our illness that we may offer ourselves again to you restore to us our lost health that we may serve You once more.

With Your constant grace and loving assistance, let us understand Your ways in our sufferings. Let us know Your divine plan in our lives. From You we came and to you we must return.

We pray for those who are sick. Bestow on them the gift of Yourself. May they never stop to hope. May they continue to trust. May they also pray with faith.

"FATHER INTO YOUR HANDS I COMMEND MY SPIRIT." AMEN.

A HUMBLE PRAYER REQUEST

 

Tomorrow Monday (2nd August) I am going to Maharagama Cancer Institute (Cancer Hospital) for some Medical Tests. 1. Ultra Sound Scan in the Throat (This might do tomorrow or give a date) 2. F B C Test (Full Blood Count) 3. Liver Function Test 4. Full Chest X-Ray (X-Ray Diagnostic Examination) This is the first Medical Test I am facing after my recent major throat surgery which took nearly 13 hrs. Please lift this up in your prayers.
